Bookkeeping pilot — standalone + embed twins (R12)

First end-to-end run of the new pipeline: rich AI-INDEX descriptions on every form, the live conditional fork on the Kickoff, and a parallel embeddable twin of each form (transparent, chrome-free, recolorable via native fields). All eight records are Stock / Published under company 11699.
